Risk Disclosure
Última actualización: March 25, 2026
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk. This Risk Disclosure statement is provided to ensure you understand the risks associated with using Learning of Traders's services before you proceed.
1. General Risk Warning
Trading foreign exchange (Forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), indices, and commodities involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial situation, experience, and risk tolerance.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of investments can go down as well as up.
2. Nature of Our Services
Learning of Traders provides simulated trading environments for evaluation and trading purposes. Important clarifications:
• Learning of Traders is NOT a broker, financial institution, or investment advisor
• All challenge accounts operate on simulated/demo environments
• Trading accounts trade with Learning of Traders's capital, not your personal funds
• Your financial risk is limited to the challenge or account fee you pay
• We do not provide financial advice or trading recommendations
3. Leverage Risk
Our accounts offer leverage of up to 1:100. While leverage can amplify profits, it equally amplifies losses.
Example of leverage risk:
• A 1% adverse market movement on a fully leveraged $100,000 position could result in a $1,000 loss
• At 1:100 leverage, a $1,000 margin controls $100,000 in market exposure
• Rapid market movements can cause losses that exceed your margin
Traders should use leverage responsibly and implement proper risk management including stop-loss orders.
4. Market Risks
Financial markets are subject to various risks including:
• Volatility risk — Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably
• Liquidity risk — Some markets may have reduced liquidity during certain hours
• Gap risk — Prices may gap significantly between trading sessions (especially over weekends)
• News risk — Economic events can cause extreme market movements
• Slippage — Orders may be executed at different prices than requested
Weekend holding and news trading, while permitted on Learning of Traders, carry additional risk due to potential market gaps and volatility.
5. Technology Risks
Trading platforms and technology systems are subject to:
• Internet connectivity issues
• Server downtime or hardware failures
• Software bugs or glitches
• Data feed delays or inaccuracies
• Cyberattacks or security breaches
Learning of Traders is not responsible for losses arising from technology failures beyond our reasonable control. Traders should have contingency plans for managing open positions during outages.
6. No Guarantee of Profits
Learning of Traders makes no guarantees regarding:
• Your ability to pass evaluation challenges
• Profitability of trading accounts
• Specific payout amounts or frequency
• Continued availability of services or specific account types
Statistically, the majority of retail traders do not achieve consistent profitability. Our challenge pass rates reflect this market reality.
7. Automated Trading (EA) Risks
While Expert Advisors (EAs) and automated trading are permitted, they carry unique risks:
• EAs may malfunction or execute unintended trades
• Past backtested performance does not guarantee live results
• Market conditions can change, rendering strategies ineffective
• Technical failures can prevent EAs from executing properly
Traders using EAs are fully responsible for monitoring their automated systems and any trades executed.
8. Third-Party Risk
Our services rely on third-party providers including:
• Trading platform providers (MetaTrader, etc.)
• Payment processors
• Liquidity providers
• Data feed providers
Learning of Traders is not responsible for failures, errors, or disruptions caused by third-party services.
9. Regulatory Considerations

Traders are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. Some regions may restrict or prohibit the use of services like ours.
