By accessing or using Learning of Traders's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. You must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

Learning of Traders provides simulated trading evaluation programs ("Challenges") and trading accounts ("Direct Accounts"). Our services include: • Direct Runner, One Step Walker, and Two Step Crawler programs • Safe Plan and Pro Plan trading objectives • Trading dashboards and analytics • Payout processing for profitable traders All evaluation trading is conducted in simulated environments. Learning of Traders is not a broker, financial advisor, or investment company.

To use our services, you must: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party You are responsible for all activity under your account. Multiple accounts are permitted subject to maximum allocation limits published on our platform.

All traders must comply with the trading rules on our FAQs page and the objectives shown for your selected plan (Safe or Pro) and program type. Violation of trading rules may result in account suspension or termination. Learning of Traders may modify published rules with reasonable advance notice where required.

The following are strictly prohibited: • Exploiting platform bugs, latency, or price feed errors • Account sharing or third-party trading on your credentials • Copy trading between multiple Learning of Traders accounts you control • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity • Circumventing risk limits, drawdown rules, or payout eligibility Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of profits.

Challenge and account fees are disclosed at checkout. Prices may be subject to promotional discounts. • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers • Fees are generally quoted in USD unless otherwise stated • Promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time See our Refund Policy for eligibility to request a refund.

Reward splits and payout schedules depend on your program type and scale tier. Published pricing and scale program pages describe current splits (including up to 90% where applicable). Payouts may require completed KYC, minimum profit thresholds, bi-weekly cycles, and compliance review. Learning of Traders reserves the right to delay or deny payouts where rules violations or fraud are suspected.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate trading rules or these Terms • Fail KYC/AML verification or provide false documents • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior • Remain inactive beyond published limits Upon termination, pending payouts may be forfeited. Reinstatement or new purchases may be denied for serious violations.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on learningoftraders.com are owned by or licensed to Learning of Traders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Learning of Traders is not liable for trading losses on simulated accounts, platform downtime beyond reasonable control, unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure credentials, or third-party service failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

Disputes should first be raised with help@learningoftraders.com. We will attempt good-faith resolution before any external process. Where applicable law permits, unresolved disputes may proceed to mediation or binding arbitration as described in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
